In recent years, low-energy laser therapy has been widely used in Chinese and Western medicine. Therefore, this study will explore the effect of low-energy laser on the treatment of musculoskeletal system diseases, including clinical laser treatment of fractures, carpal tunnel syndrome diagnosis by western medicine, and analyze the comparison of the curative effect of traditional Chinese and western medicine on lateral epicondylitis tendinitis, and laser therapy. A study on the effect of acupuncture on circadian rhythm disorders. In this study, 9 patients with atretic fractures were recruited for low-energy laser therapy. After 2 weeks of treatment, there were statistically significant differences in pain relief and reduction of hand disability (p<0.05). For the study on the treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome, a total of 36 patients were recruited for a 2-week treatment study. After treatment, the laser group had a statistically significant slowdown (p<0.05). There were significant differences in function and symptoms (p<0.05). A literature review was conducted on the efficacy of low-energy laser on lateral epicondylitis tendonitis. It was found that 7 articles were irradiated on tender points or trigger points, 2 articles were irradiated on acupuncture points, and 1 article was irradiated both. Further meta-analysis found that low-energy laser irradiation at tender points or trigger points had moderate and maximum pain relief benefits after treatment and follow-up. In the research of laser acupuncture, 45 young male night workers were selected to use laser acupuncture to moxibustion Neiguan point. It was found that before and after diagnosis and moxibustion and compared with the control group, the high frequency, low frequency and low frequency of heart rhythm variability were found. The ratios were all statistically significant (p<0.05).
